anterior segment
I moduli di apprendimento Eyesi per la chirurgia della cataratta creano un ambiente simulato per apprendere i passaggi critici. I moduli a disposizione includono capsuloressi, idrodissezione, facoemulsificazione, irriga/aspira e l'inserimento della IOL con la gestione delle relative complicanze. Posterior segment
The vitreoretinal surgery learning modules include posterior hyaloid detachment, peripheral vitrectomy, internal limiting membrane peeling, and epiretinal membrane removal or oil and gas retinal detachment treatment. The posterior segment is realistically simulated with a scleral buckling, vitrectome, endolaser, and variable brightness probe.
Phacoemulsifier and instrumentation
Durante la chirurgia virtuale sono disponibili strumenti come pinze, viscoelastica e cistotomo. Come nella chirurgia reale sono necessari movimenti precisi per evitare stress dei tessuti, perdite di viscoelastica e del riflesso rosso. Eyesi possiede un'interfaccia completa e un pedale a due assi per il controllo dei fluidi. Lo studente dovrà selezionare parametri appropriati per portare a termine la procedura chirurgica con sicurezza ed efficacia.
Objective and quantifiable results
Il simulatore Eyesi fornisce una valutazione oggettiva e quantificabile della performance chirurgica e una valutazione dettagliata delle abilità.
